the location was excellent with easy access to shops. i found the in-room coffee decent and the toiletries good. the bed was comfortable. the shower facilities worked very well.
i booked a room with a bath. i was given a room without one. i showed the reception a screenshot of what i had booked. they said they didn't have that room.

i noticed steps at the hotel's front door making entry with luggage a bit difficult.
